LinkedIn communications at center of unprecedented lawsuit - Computerworld When you leave the company make sure you un-friend your new ex-coworkers from LinkedIn lolz I don't think this lawsuit make's sense but when business/money is concerned, I don't think commonsense will prevail :( I agree with the article author that this case might in turn have the far reaching effect on "non-compete and non-solicitation" agreements.

It’s turning out to be a good day. I got a chance to test the MS Visual Studio 2010 Express for Windows Phone and so far I am happy with the learning curve, usually what happens with sample applications that I try out is they break or they alert of a missing file which I can’t seem to figure out but this case it has been a smooth ride. I feel like I may give it a more try and may be build a easy and useful application to demo it to my boss, well I have to justify the time spend lolz… Well the hello world app and mini browser did not give our too difference so here is just a shot of default emulator browsing my blog.
